First Name * Last Name * Telephone * Enter the phone number in international format. E.g. +1876543210 in US.

3. Your publisher details

Publisher name * Street Address * City * Province / State / District Zip/Postal Code * Country * Publisher Website

4. Publisher account for Nokia Store

If you already have a publisher account for Nokia Store, please let us know by providing your username as well as the e-mail associated with that account below. If you don't have publisher account for Nokia Store yet, we will create one for you once you submit your first application.
